U know the nice ginger tea that spas serve before and after your massage... I've always wondered how they brew it...
I've googled online, to find that most recipes only include ginger, and lemon (for cold remedies)... which just doesn't taste anything like those from the spas...
So i finally asked my mother how... and yes I've found out how to make it!
I love to brew it and have it before bedtime... feels really comforting! Supposed to expel wind, coz I always have a bloated tummy.
